What we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, work email, company, service needs, budget range, timing and project brief. If you use the studio chatbot, we may store the messages and responses needed to operate and improve that experience. We also process limited technical information required for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, provide requested services, maintain the website, prevent abuse and improve the studio experience. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for its database, authentication and media storage. When AI responses are enabled, chatbot messages may be processed by the configured AI provider. These services receive only the information needed to perform their role.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and conversation information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legitimate business records and security. We use access controls, server-side credentials, rate limits and transport security to protect the website, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and sign-in
The public website does not use advertising cookies. Essential authentication cookies may be used when an authorised administrator signs in to the private content-management area.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from further communication. Contact business@fameinstyle.com and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry.
Updates
We may update this policy as the website, services or applicable requirements change. The latest version and update date will always appear on this page.
